Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Facete (the “App”), provided by independent developer Waiho. Installing the App or purchasing an in-app product means you accept these terms.

Plans and purchases

• Free: the App is free to download and its core chat functionality is available without an App purchase.
• Plus Annual Subscription: an auto-renewable subscription with a duration of 1 year. It unlocks the applicable unlimited model profiles, full usage history, iCloud sync, and related benefits.
• Premium Lifetime: a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently unlocks the applicable benefits.
• Actual prices are the localized prices shown by the App Store when you confirm a purchase. Neither plan includes AI-provider usage credit; provider fees are paid directly by you.

Auto-renewable subscription

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the purchase is confirmed.
• Plus renews every 1 year unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends at the selected plan price.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings after purchase.

The App Store version is also governed by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Your responsibilities

• Keep your API keys secure and comply with each model provider’s policies and applicable law.
• Review model output before relying on it. It may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete and is not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
• Maintain any exports or backups you require.

Refunds

Apple handles App Store refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Availability and liability

The App connects directly to providers selected by you. Provider, network, device, or operating-system changes may affect availability. To the extent permitted by law, the developer’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
